Selecting The Right Photo Booth

With all the different types and styles of Photo Booth’s out there how do you know which is right for you? I believe it comes down to 3 basic questions.
   1. Who is offering the Best Value ( not necessarily the cheapest )
   2. Most Attractive Booth ( best look for your style & venue )
   3. Personal preference ( what style do you like )
What are you getting for your money! Ask, don’t assume every company is offering the same things. Most include a CD or Memory stick of all the photo’s taken but some do not and they will not advertise that. What about more than one copy, props, color choice, attendants, setup / tear down, travel are these items included in the price or are they extras? Budgets are very important I know, but don’t just book the cheapest Booth you can find because it fits in the budget. If it happens that it is the best value that’s okay but you may just get what you pay for. On the flip side, don’t assume because it is the most expensive that your going to be getting the best product. Ask & compare!
Does the Photo Booth look like it was put together by middle school kids in an intro to industrial arts class or is it a Photo Booth that looks like it was actually put together by a professional with quality materials and craftsmanship. Weather you give it much thought or not the Photo Booth that you hire to be at your event directly reflects upon you. Does it look cheap & poorly put together or Elegant & Beautiful.
With a wide variety of Photo Booths out there to choose from it may come down to your personal preference. Do you like the Old Classic, Open Air ( backdrop & a camera ), Soft Sided ( curtains that surround a camera ), hard Sided ( similar to the classic ) or a combination of the hard & soft sided. With the exception of some of the Old Classics most of these choices offer the latest in technology, high mega pixel cameras and high speed printers such as Dye Sublimation. If you do chose the old classic style that is still mixing the chemicals onsite you will want to inform your venue about this. Most will not allow those chemicals on the property, they are just to hazardous. The day of your event is not the time to find out that the Hotel wont let them on the premises.
I know there are many questions you may have and these 3 questions only spark more. That’s Okay, these will help to eliminate the companies that don’t fit you or your budget. Once the search has been narrowed you can ask many more questions to the Photo Booth Companies that are a better fit to your needs.

A Mugshotz Photo Booth maybe just what your looking for. Part party favor, part entertainment and all fun. You and your guests will have a great time all night long. At an typical wedding for Mugshotz  we will take an average of 42 sessions per hour, so if you had booked us for 4 hours that would be 168 sessions and for each session party goers will pose for 4 pictures, that’s 672 Pictures!!

There is no way your Photographer could capture all those shots and still get pictures of your first dance. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying a Photo booth should replace your Photographer, not at all. Photo Booth pictures are a completely different kind of photo. What I am saying is that’s 672 pictures of Family & Friend’s that you would not have otherwise gotten if it were not for your forward thinking and having a Mugshotz Photo Booth available for them to capture those truly memorable moments. 35th Wedding Anniversary Party Ideas

Are you planning a 35th wedding anniversary party and need ideas. Generally, if an anniversary party is thrown in the earlier years of a marriage, it is hosted by the couple themselves. Parties to celebrate the later anniversaries (25 and up) are hosted by the couples children or friends.

Here is a list of great ideas to make this a very special day for the 35th wedding anniversary couple.

Traditional 35th wedding anniversary gifts have a theme of Coral. A contemporary or modern 35th anniversary gift has a theme of Jade. Start you planning by building a theme around these colors.

Rent a photo booth and your guests will have great fun making memorable pictures for your guests.  You can even add the pictures that are taken to a special scrapbook that you make ahead of time or make as the photos are taken. Use the photos to make coffee cups, shirts, calendars or all sorts of  items so that the occasion can be remembered by guests and the anniversary couple.

Use the original wedding photo  to make a unique 35th anniversary party invitation.
